Shipping & Returns
1. Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, we are shipping our ebikes to the lower 48 states in USA
2. The shipping fee is free
3. Fedex or other parcel service will deliver in-stock ebikes in 5-7 business days after order process done. We don’t ship to P.O. Box
4. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to the action or inaction of Fedex, or other parcel service.
5. We do not pay for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service to make sure we can receive your return item.
1. After receiving prior authorizations, you can return e bikes within fourteen(14) days of receipt. The e bikes must less than 10 miles on the odometer, and in perfect condition. It is free of any wear and tear, dust, dirt, or any other use sign, and must be in the same packaging and condition you receive it.
2. You will be responsible for shipping fee, and fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee.
3. Refunds will be made after the Apollo Plus or Selene Plus is received and inspected.
